Shipping Policy

Shipping Information: To see the Shipping Charge for any item, just click the "Add to Cart" button, and type in your ZIP code on the next page. We charge actual UPS and USPS costs, based on product weight and destination.

For a limited time, orders over $100.00 are eligible for FREE Shipping. This offer only applies to orders shipped within the Contiguous U.S. and may exclude certain products.

We ship via UPS and USPS. When you checkout, you may select UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day service, as well as USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.

Orders for UPS Next Day must be received by 11:30am Pacific time (2:30 pm Eastern) to ship out the same day. NOTE: UPS Next Day shipments will arrive the next business day. If you need Saturday delivery for a UPS Next Day shipment, you must indicate that on the Order Form, or call us at 1-800-367-3019.

For USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day and UPS 2nd Day, most orders received by 3:00 pm Pacific Time (6:00 pm Eastern) will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 pm Pacific Time, or on weekends, will be shipped out the next business day.

Time in Transit from Monroe, OR: See the UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage Time-in-Transit maps below to determine if your selected shipping option will get your package to you on time, or if you should choose an expedited service.

NOTE: UPS and USPS will not refund for packages delayed by weather or natural disaster.

International Orders: We do not ship internationally, except for Canada and Puerto Rico. Our international shipping charges do not include any possible brokerage fees, or duties and taxes assessed by customs of the destination country. We recommend Canadian customers order by telephone so we can assist you in determining the best shipping options. UPS offers free routine customs clearance of UPS Worldwide Express, Worldwide Express Saver, and UPS Worldwide Expedited. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will contact you to give you the option of canceling, or of having the item shipped when we receive it. We won't charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

We will keep you informed of your order status: You'll receive an automated e-mail Receipt from the Shopping Cart as soon as your order is placed, and soon after that, an email from one of us telling you when it will ship. When your order has been shipped, we will email you the UPS tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment anytime at UPS.com, USPS.com, or from the My Account page.

We keep your shipping cost as low as possible, charging actual UPS and USPS costs based on the weight and destination of your order. We don't charge for "handling" ... we feel that handling is our responsibility, not yours.






 

Return Policy

Time Frame for Returns: Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you. After that time, you will need to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues.

Return Authorization: If you wish to return an item, you MUST phone or email us for an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you. Items returned without an RMA# will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you.

Defective Items: If an item is defective on arrival, or within 30 days of delivery to you, we will ship a replacement upon return of the defective item. You are responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. We will ship the replacement to you via prepaid UPS Ground.

Non-Defective Items: All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges paid by you are not refundable. If we paid to ship the item to you (whether fully or partially), our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refused Shipments: Any shipment that is refused upon delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus all our shipping costs (our original cost of shipping, and the shipping charge to us by UPS for returning the refused package).

Suitability: We cannot and do not guarantee that any inverter will run any specific application. We do suggest that, if you are unsure which inverter to buy for your application, you phone us for advice.

Exchange: If you buy an inverter that is too small to run your application, and want to exchange it for a larger unit of the same type, we will give 100% credit toward the larger unit (not including our original shipping cost).
