The Magnum Energy MS2812-L Inverter/Charger combines a 2800 watt, 12 volt pure sine wave inverter with a 125 amp power factor corrected battery charger and 60 amp transfer service across two 30 amp legs for mobile, marine, RV, and off-grid systems.
The 125 amp battery charger runs a five stage profile (Bulk, Absorb, Float, Equalize, and Battery Saver) with presets for Gel, Flooded, AGM1, AGM2, and Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery banks, set through a compatible ME-RC-L, ME-ARC-L, or ME-MR-L remote control. The PFC design also draws 25 to 30 percent less AC current than a standard charger, easing the load on a generator during bulk charging.
The MS2812-L can be mounted on a shelf, bulkhead, or upside down, and includes an RS485 port and remote port for Magnum's remote controls and monitoring accessories. It's ETL Listed to UL/cUL 458 for mobile use and UL 1741 for renewable energy installations, meets KKK-A-1822E emergency vehicle standards, and carries a three year parts and labor warranty.
