When shore power is available, the built-in 30 amp automatic transfer switch seamlessly switches to AC charging mode in under 30 milliseconds, and the 100 amp multi-stage AC charger efficiently restores your battery bank to full charge across all common battery chemistries including GEL, AGM, Flooded, Lithium, and Programmable types.
The dual DC-DC MPPT charger system is where the PPS1230200 truly sets itself apart, delivering bi-directional charging capability and up to 100 amps of combined charging current from solar panels (15V–100V VOC) and 12V or 24V vehicle alternators simultaneously. Five configurable priority modes let you define exactly how solar and alternator inputs work together, and the optional Battery Temperature Sensor automatically adjusts charging voltage for optimal battery performance in any climate. All settings are managed through the included Multi-Function Remote Display, which connects via a 25-foot RJ12 cable and provides real-time monitoring of battery voltage, DC current, and AC output power.
