The Cotek BL-100MH-12 is a 12V, 100Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery with 1,280Wh of nominal energy capacity. It is rated for up to 3,500 cycles at 80% depth of discharge (DoD), making it a superior long-term alternative to AGM and flooded lead-acid batteries in off-grid, RV, marine, and backup power applications. The BL-100MH-12 supports series configurations up to 4 units and parallel configurations up to 8 units, allowing system voltages of 12V, 24V, or 48V and capacity scaling to meet larger energy storage requirements.
The BL-100MH-12 includes both an integrated self-heating module and Bluetooth monitoring. The self-heating function allows for battery charging down to -4°F (-20°C) making it suitable for installations in unheated spaces or cold climates. The Bluetooth connection allows for real-time monitoring of cell voltages, temperature, and alarms from a mobile device. The BL-100MH-12 also features an onboard, replaceable Battery Management System (BMS) to handle cell balancing and protection functions.
The BL-100MH-12 is designed for compatibility with Cotek inverter/chargers and inverters for enhanced integration, and when paired with a Cotek CR-22 remote the charging parameters are configured automatically. A bulk/absorption charge voltage of 14.4V and float voltage of 13.8V are consistent with standard LFP charger profiles supported by most major inverter/charger brands.
