The Wagan 1000 Watt 48 Volt Slim Line Power Inverter is compact and easy to use. It connects directly to your 48 Volt DC battery to provide up to 8.6 amps of 110 Volt AC current whenever and wherever you need it. You can use the inverter to operate many types of appliances that use AC power such as TVs, DVD players, laptop computers, power tools, and lights for emergency or camping use. In an industry where the actual wattage output varies greatly, Wagan Tech introduced TrueRated Power technology. All of Wagan's inverters feature TrueRated Power. That simply means power tested and rated at a period of 24 hours continuous usage under full load. Wagan inverters also feature High Peak Surge ratings to support motorized appliance start up.
